applying - you can use both IC and OOC usernames, but we encourage avoiding excessive use of numbers, underscores, or letters. In your OOC post, include your character's general information (full name, age, birthday, occupation, hometown, etc.) and provide a minimum 200-word blurb about your character. Ensure both your IC and OOC posts are backdated. For privacy, adjust your comment security settings to friends only or lock your entries to friends only to prevent OOC harassment.

If your application is removed, it indicates that we've chosen not to accept you into the community. However, for minor issues, we'll contact you to provide an opportunity for correction to prevent rejection. In other cases, we won't be responding to comments seeking clarification on application denials. Thank you for your understanding.

activity - Upon acceptance, we don't follow the usual standard introduction posts. Instead, we ask you to post in your journal within 72 hours of joining with an interactive post of your choice. For regular activity, a minimum of one interactive post per month is required. While you're welcome to post more frequently, we kindly request that at least one of your monthly activities be interactive. There are no strict rules about commenting frequency on the FP, but we appreciate your efforts to be as present as possible. Let's aim for an active and engaging community where everyone feels connected!

Your character has the flexibility to either reside in Okan Towers, own a condo they utilize part-time while renting out the rest, or work as an employee within this vibrant community. so we ask you to visit here to choose your connection to okan towers.

etc - In this community, we expect members to engage with one another in a positive and clear manner, avoiding disrespectful or ambiguous communication. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, and all members are strongly encouraged to document and report any instances of harassment or bullying to the mods for immediate attention. It's essential to acknowledge that, much like our own world, diverse personalities may occasionally clash. In such cases, we ask that mods be involved only if the issue extends into out-of-character territory.
